Jedes Stockwerk wird durch das Bauamt kontrolliert und abgenommen

Fundament ist mit Wasserdrainagen und Isolation

Badezimmer und Dachterrassen sind ebenfalls isoliert

Dachstuhl: Stahl für längere Lebensdauer (geschweisst nach deutscher DiN Norm)
