(please always have a look in the shop of an agent before you purchase , every shop has to show you open this three documents, hanging in their offices at the wall):

A Property agent license  (Emlak Danismanligi Kursu Sertifikasi) which the first necessary document for an agent   to get the next necessary documents below,   but it is not the document which allowes an agent to sell properties!!!

To   sell properties the agent   needs urgently a turkish tax license    (Vergi Levhasi)  to pay officially the tax to the Turkish government + a shop licence (is yeri ve calisma ruhsati = working place and working permission) , this document is the last     which an agent receives before he is allowed to sell properties officially to a client
