- Property agent license (Emlak Danismanligi Kursu Sertifikasi) which the first necessary document for an agent
to get the next necessary documents below, but it is not the document which allowes an agent to sell properties!!!
To sell properties the agent needs too:
- turkish tax license (Vergi Levhasi) - to pay officially the tax
+ a shop licence (is yeri ve calisma ruhsati = working place and working permission) , this document is the last
which an agent receives before he is allowed to sell properties officially to a client
- we are a good english speaking team and working together with a few excellent agencies in U.K.
- A Reference adress in U.K. where you can get information about our company directly of a private native in your
