Prefabricated home construction is very famous in the  USA and also for years in Germany. And , after the big earthquake in Istanbul ,  in Turkey  for a few years.

The difference of our homes to others  is the solid quality and the different material.

Our prefabricated homes are especially created for the changing hot and humid  climate in Summer and Winter at the  Lycian Coast of Turkey . We do not use material, which will be destroyed by  the climate after 15 years.  

We do not use only light galvanised sheets like usual . Our own developed new system is different to others, which makes it solid like a massive home . The frame of our homes is a solid  steel construction ,

We also do not use light OSB outer walls, styropor cover outside and then an American siding cover (polistren) . Our outer walls are real concrete boards and  will be integrated in the frame like in  a half-timbered building.  Because of this, the outer walls of our prefabricated homes will be not delivered in once like you usually know .

Our inner walls are covered with  plaster boards of course with isolation inbetween outer and innerwalls .

Our roof tiles are massive tiles and the same airconditioning roof system of our massive constructed buildings.

On demand: we only use coloured roofing cardboard  if you want a lower price, this is Turkish called: shingle

Before you make a decision for a brochure home,  think about  problems by taking a home plan out of a brochure in Turkey: Every area, every town or village has got different regulations and the roof pitch is different to the USA homes or German homes which are often shown as examples in the Turkish internet. The most of the homes which you can see in the internet on the Turkish pages have got a roof of 45 degrees, which is normal in Europe but not usual at our Turkish coastline. For example we have got the regulation for roofs in Sarigerme of 18 degrees , in Ortaca of 28 degrees by law, not more. If you choose a brochure home, please ask the company for extra costs for the changes. It might happen, that  the sales price will change for your home of this.
