We only accept an order for completing the villa including new isolation and waterstops, if you want to give the job to us - why?

Because of the long buildingtime of about more than ten years for this big development and of missing the right isolation and no waterstops of the villas , you urgently need at first a european standard isolation (concrete around the base, covered with waterproof films and drain pipe) around your villas base (under the direction of Atila Bütün, Lykia Dreamhouse who is specialised in that), we offer it generally together with the complete outer and inner works for finishing the villa with our construction team from Manissa. Without that waterstops the fabric of the building will damage inbetween twenty years. We do not recommend a completing of the villa without that isolation. Do not save money at the wrong place.

Aufgrund der langen Bauzeit von mehr als zehn Jahren und dadurch bedingt fehlender richtiger Isolation und Drainagen der Villas, benötigen Sie zuerst eine europäische Standardisolation und Drainage ( Betonmantel um den Sockel, ausgekleidet mit wassergeprüfter Folie und einem Ablaufrohr) rund um ihren Villensockel (unter der Aufsicht von Atila Bütün, Lykia Dreamhouse, der sich darauf spezialisiert hat). Wir bieten diese Isolation generell mit dem kompletten Innenausbau und den restlichen Arbeiten am Haus an. Fertiggestellt wird Ihr Haus von unserem Bauteam aus Manissa. Ohne diese Isolierung und den Drainagen wird die Bausubstanz innerhalb zwanzig Jahren zerstört. Sparen Sie nicht am falschen Platz!

by the way: The holiday village was built by order of turkish military, the only constructor company, who built it all alone from the very start until to the end inbetween more than ten years, was Evkur Insaat and not our company. We sell the villas in order of the different owners and do the interior works in recent conditions.

Anmerkung: Die Ferienanlage wurde im Auftrag des türkischen Militärs gebaut. Die einzige Baufirma, die dieses Projekt in mehr als zehn Jahren fertig gestellt hat, war Evkur Insaat, Sarigerme, nicht unsere Firma.
